The concept of Site Clean Queensland was discussed and bantered around in January 2005. Procedures and manuals were written and the company was incorporated and launched on 29th July 2005. Our major clients are BMA Coal, Rio Tinto Coal & Queensland Rail.
Our first specialised task was to design a procedure for the cleaning of MCC’s or Electrical Sub Stations while still live. This was intended to remove or reduce the amount of available dust in the MCC room, thus increasing the life of VSD units and some electronic components. This was accomplished and we have been successfully cleaning MCC’s at BMA Goonyella Riverside for three and a half years and Dragline MCC’s at Rio Tinto Hail Creek for about two years.
Over the last three years we have also performed the service of Top to Tail Spring Cleans for all of our major clients. This is where we present the room or area to the best of our ability by cleaning everything such as ceiling, walls, fittings, furniture and floors etc. Perhaps our most exciting development is the introduction of our Pressure Clean Boom Truck Service.
